hey there, I am T.
i am an artist by heart, a corporate professional By degree, and a self-taught “diy mechanic” by hobby
Growing up, cars were always an interest of mine, but I didn’t get to touch one until I bought my first car, my 2012 Ford Focus SE. Being in college with tight financials, I taught myself how to work on it. Fixing everything from the dent in my door to a transmission rebuild, all within the confines of a parking garage spot. One thing led to another & now my connection to art has been given space to breathe again.

about the name
I learned to drive in my Dad’s Ford Excursion, a V10 which he called “the beast.” We jokingly called my Focus “baby beast” — @beastbabybeast is an ode to that memory. I named @engravebest to be similar, while also representing my skill set, plus a logo that tied to my focus, its tail lights.

I am no longer putting a car together in a parking garage, but I am still working on my skills every day — it’s a blessing that because of the internet and people like you, I have been able to find myself again. Support for my work does not go unrecognized. Little T, the tomboy who grew up with very few friends, never thought a stranger would care enough about her creativity to commission it.
